Consultation Phase
We visit the property, measure, and listen to how you use the space, what is not working, and what you want it to become.
The consultation and the written quote are free. If we are not the right firm for the project we will tell you on the first visit rather than after a proposal.
Project Planning
Drawings, layouts and material selections are worked through in a structured sequence so nothing is chosen under pressure and nothing is ordered before you have approved it.
We file the permits with your local county, coordinate the drawings, and set a dated schedule. A fixed written scope and an itemized price are agreed before any work begins.
Execution Phase
One project manager and a consistent crew, with protected work areas, dust control and daily cleanup. You will always know who is in your property and what comes next.
We schedule and attend every inspection, and we keep you updated as each stage completes rather than waiting to be asked.
Final Walk-Through
We walk the finished work with you, agree a written punch list, and resolve every item on it.
Warranty and manufacturer documentation is handed over at completion. The project is finished when you agree it is.

Yes. We manage required permits in Fairfax County, Arlington County and Montgomery County, MD, along with the City of Alexandria, the City of Falls Church and the Town of Vienna where they apply.
